This year’s Nyoba Kan Buto Festival kicks off with “Lurking 色影展 ”, an exhibition which celebrates the work of the late Caecar Chong, photographer, designer and principal dancer with Nyoba Kan. Curated by Caecar’s close friend and director of Nyoba Kan, Lee Swee Keong, this exhibition showcases Caecar’s unique and keen eye as a photographer and his personal artistic vision which was very much influenced by his practice of the Buto art form as well as his training as an architect.

Proceeds from the sale of the photographs will be donated to charity.
